Television Imitates Art

Conglomerate, living in the Berlin project space Kinderhook & Caracasis, is a new online TV platform involving five artists and filmmakers: Sol Calero, Ethan Hayes-Chute, Derek Howard, Christopher Kline and Dafna Maimon. The network introduces Berlin-based and international artists who create their own segments, sets, commercials and specials. Conglomerate will offer a range of genres from melodrama, documentary, comedy, interview, music, and art which will be  broadcast on the web with further collaborations involved in various “Blocks.”  “Block One” will feature work from contributors such as Keren Cytter, Constant Dullaart, Christine Hill, Jeremy Shaw. Premiering 11 May on their website, a trailer is already available for viewing today.
