Always iconic and never one to shy from controversy, Brit label Alexander McQueen has just unveiled its latest collection for AW17. The dandy designs are inspired by legendary Irish author Oscar Wilde, referencing significant moments in the writer’s lifetime. Most notably, special attention has been placed on the novelist’s time spent in London and Paris.

This season, the luxury house’s creative director Sarah Burton opted against a runway presentation, preferring to reveal the collection via a lookbook and a short film shot by New York-based photographer Ethan James Green. Shot in a historic park and featuring a diverse, elegant group of male models. Look out for familiar faces including King Owusu and Myles Dominique.
