Berlin’s KOAconference Aims To Inspire the Female Industry Leaders of Tomorrow

If you think you've got what it takes to be a future industry leader, KOAconference wants to help you make it happen.

Berlin’s brightest female entrepreneurs, businesswomen and innovators might want to clear the diaries for the 10th October. For one day only, the KOAconference will be uniting leading thinkers across industries to inspire the future female leaders of tomorrow.

Taking place at the Hotel du Rome, a line-up of expert speakers will share their insights with 250 attendees, imparting wisdom about various career paths. The one-day event will consist of panel discussions, presentations and interviews, providing the young professionals with an opportunity to talk directly to entrepreneurs and company representatives.

The event, which name derives from the Hawaiian word for “bold” and “fearless”, encourages women to act bravely and embrace the networking opportunities the event gives. They hope to connect their attendees with “the perfect co-founder for their business idea, a company who is hiring for their dream job, or inspiration to take a leap into a new field”.

And inspiring it’s going to be, with a hand-picked selection of speakers, coming from the backgrounds as varied as publishing and PR, entertainment and transportation industries. Among the speakers who will share their stories of success will be Global Media Manager of the luxury brand Montblanc Maria Redeker and Publisher of Sleek Magazine Christian Bracht.

Like it or not, we live in a world where women still face significant disadvantages in the professional sphere. Luckily, events like KOAconference exist to provide the additional support that female-identifying people need to make the most of their skills, talents and ideas.
