Behind the Scenes at adidas x Zalando’s “Space-To-Create”

Photographer Ana Muna lenses the adidas x Zalando project space

Masked by a wall of Kreuzberg graffiti, adidas x Zalando’s brand new project space opened its doors on Thursday. In amidst the swarm of events populating Gallery Weekend’s cultural calendar, “Space-To-Create” featured three participatory artworks by Mary Lennox, Teuber Kohlhoff and Iona Sisea, and a string of female DJs to see the night through til 2am. The event, conceived by adidas and Zalando, celebrates the release of the new Arkyn sneaker, and takes off from its ethos, “never just one thing” through a showcase of diverse talent across the fields of art, design, textile and music. If you missed it, more fool you, you missed numerous insta-ops, vibrant visual art, and a crowd more beautiful than Berlin in the sunshine, but luckily, Berlin photographer Ana Muna, was on hand to capture the action. Here are the best photos of the bunch, featuring artists and partygoers alike!
