THE IPHONE 18 PUTS THE FOCUS ON THE CAMERA
Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro arrives with its most advanced camera system yet, led by a new 48 MP Fusion main camera with variable aperture. For the first time on an iPhone, users can manually adjust the aperture alongside shutter speed and white balance, while updated Photographic Styles add further control over texture and grain.
Beyond the camera, the iPhone 18 Pro introduces the A20 Pro chip, improved battery life and a smaller Dynamic Island. A new Apple Reference Image feature also addresses image authenticity, allowing photos taken in Reference Mode to be compared against an immutable original to identify potential edits.

THE SLIGHTLY CURVED HEEL
Milan Fashion Week is already setting the tone for what comes next, and Prada’s sculptural heels are hard to miss: minimal yet striking, somewhere between H.R. Giger and a polished office look. Vagabond Shoemakers is tapping into a similar shape for Autumn/Winter 2026 with Ilona, an update to its popular Lykke kitten-heel line.
The pointed toe remains, while the kitten heel makes way for a wider, subtly curved heel reminiscent of a pared-back cowboy boot. Ilona comes as a classic pump, low ankle boot, ankle boot and knee-high boot, in shades ranging from black to chestnut and dark brown.

WHAT MAKES YOUR SOLE BOUNCE?
Dr. Martens turns a phrase stitched into its shoes since 1960 into its new global brand platform, With Bouncing Soles. Launching with the AW26 campaign, it puts the focus on the creativity and individuality of the communities that have shaped the brand, with Chloë Sevigny, Jordan Stephens and Naomi Watanabe among the faces answering one question: “What Makes Your Sole Bounce?”
The campaign also revisits five Dr. Martens icons, including the 1460 boot, Adrian loafer and 8065 Mary Jane, reworked in Crazy Horse leather with new Cherry Red and DM’s Green editions. With Bouncing Soles will continue beyond AW26 through collaborations, cultural programming, workshops and community projects.

PRADA OPENS UP ITS WORLD IN MILAN
Prada is expanding its historic home in Milan’s Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II into an eight-floor destination spanning fashion, hospitality, art and over a century of the house’s history. A new subterranean passage connects two sides of the Galleria, bringing the different spaces together under one roof.
At its centre, the permanent Pradasphere exhibition traces Prada from its founding in 1913 to today, joined by expanded Donna and Uomo boutiques, Marchesi 1824 and Osservatorio Fondazione Prada. New floors dedicated to private shopping and hospitality complete the project, turning the Galleria into a physical archive of Prada’s ever-evolving identity.
