In their latest photographic exploration, Amsterdam-based photography museum, Foam<\/a> welcomes Moroccan photographer Mous Lambrabat<\/a> into the exhibition space to showcase <\/span>Blessings from Mousganistan<\/span><\/i><\/a>. Through beauty and humour, wrapped in hope, Lambrabat\u2019s work confronts his diasporic life through powerful narratives related to sensitive issues of racism, religion and women\u2019s rights. In his colourful visual experience, the artist shares a feeling and a message of love.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

From the moment the viewer steps into the exhibition, the feeling of utopia is prevalent throughout the images on the walls of Foam. His images encourage viewers to consider alternate points of perspective through the use of well-known iconography and symbols – such as the McDonalds \u201cM\u201d and the Nike logo – in a way that deconstructs the notion of \u201cnormal\u201d. The final part of the exhibition is an installation of universal prayer flags. Gracing the space, the installation is a response to the ongoing stream of refugees from all over the world.
