The founder of Ecoalf, Spain\u2019s pioneering recycled fashion brand, doesn\u2019t call himself a visionary. \u201cI don\u2019t know how you translate this word,\u201c he reflects \u201dTestarudo &#8211; somebody who does not accept no for an answer.\u201d This stubborn refusal to accept the status quo has turned ocean waste into fashion gold and convinced more than 5,000 fishermen across 15 ports to become unlikely environmental allies.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Goyeneche\u2019s path to sustainability emerged from personal reckoning.
