Some people know early on who they want to be. Others, like Ladina von Frisching, had to take a detour to arrive. The Swiss actress describes the moment her life changed course as \u201ca blessing from above.\u201d
\nToday, in her late twenties, she lives in Berlin and commutes between film shoots and different worlds. But something in her remains connected to her roots: mountains, lakes, tranquility. She used to find that tranquility annoying, but today she appreciates its origin and charm.
\nTo understand her, you have to go back to the golf course. She discovered the sport at 16 and devoted everything to it: squad, sports school, training. \u201cGolf is my only friend,\u201d she said at the time. Until the passion became duty \u2013 and she left. What remained were discipline and presence. \u201cWhether I\u2019m standing over a ball or in front of the camera, it\u2019s the same for me. Feeling the body, the space, the other person. Letting go of everything you prepared and then just being there.\u201d
\nVon Frisching believes in the universe and that what you really want becomes possible. Today, the camera is her best friend: \u201cIt accepts me as I am.\u201d
\nAt the end of her life, she wants to be able to say: you experienced everything, regretted nothing.
