Prada Presents \u201cChawan Cabinet\u201d by Theaster Gates<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prada unveils Chawan Cabinet, an exhibition by artist Theaster Gates exploring the intersection of craft, ritual and everyday objects. At its core is a collection of ceramic vessels and ceremonial forms designed to be held, used and experienced over time\u2014objects that invite gathering rather than passive observation.\u00a0Developed through a longstanding creative dialogue between Gates and Prada, the project reflects a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, cultural depth and the rituals embedded in daily life. The exhibition brings together Gates\u2019s own works alongside pieces by Japanese potters, creating a conversation that blurs the line between art and function.<\/p>\n
