Artist like the team of Quintessenz Creation from Berlin, 44 flavours or Diskorobot lived out their visual fantasies on billboards in cities like Cologne and Berlin. Confetti-installations like the one at Alexanderplatz, which not only attracted much attention but also actually ignited a spontaneous confetti-party.
