Die Gegend ist bekannt f\u00fcr ihre gro\u00dfen Lagerhallen, Fabriken sowie Baum\u00e4rkte und M\u00f6belh\u00e4user (ja, wir meinen Ikea) und weniger als pulsierender kreativer Hotspot, obwohl junge K\u00fcnstler schon lange die Residenzprogramme und gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Ateliers entdeckt haben, die von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.district-berlin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bezirk Kunst<\/a>, die sich das Gel\u00e4nde der Malzfabrik teilen. <br \/>Diese Woche weiht das Gel\u00e4nde eine \u00f6ffentliche Kunstinstallation von Julius von Bismarck ein, die in Zusammenarbeit mit dem experimentellen Designer Benjamin Maus sowie dem K\u00fcnstler und Filmemacher Richard Wilhelmer entstanden ist.
