\nThe annual arts and culture festival St. Moritz Art Masters is going for its 9th edition and this time around it will focus on the US. The festival, which lasts 10 days and takes place in galleries and appointed venues around the small but popular Swiss skiing town is known for showcasing works based on a different country every year. Last year it presented works focused on Italy and included big names like Piero Manzoni and Lucio Fontana.
\nSt. Moritz Art Masters has already announced some of the galleries, venues and artists taking part and it looks promising. The Forum Paracelsus will present drawings and sculptures by Robert Longo and an exhibition of Richard Avedon\u2019s work. A group show featuring seminal American artists such as Frank Stella<\/a> and Robert Rauschenberg will occupy a Protestant church, while a gymnasium at the local school will showcase a selection of Montblanc\u2019s \u201cCutting Edge Art Collection\u201d, which includes works by Tom Sachs, Pat York and Nicholas Forker.
\nVito Schnabel Gallery has also announced exhibitions presenting works by Andy Warhol<\/a>, Julian Schnabel and Jean-Michel Basquiat<\/a>, to name a few.
