Think of this as a hint of a much larger agenda,\u00a0one that you cannot resist or escape. Maybe now it\u2019s time\u00a0to disguise your capital and take a moment to remember\u00a0the importance of owning your position.\u00a0As a consumer, you can flaunt your good taste without\u00a0having to physically buy; becoming lifestyle rich\u00a0might be just enough. Enough for what though?\u00a0Amid aggressive redevelopment programs, the spaces\u00a0for autonomous production are shifting and adapting.\u00a0Now trending: trust, working, believing \u2013 full work,\u00a0full time, full creativity, full self.\u00a0On coping
\nNo matter how much you want to panic, remember\u00a0that your creative power is magic.\u00a0Brands, like everything else, are perishable and\u00a0now is the time to smuggle images.\u00a0Place more trust in prophecies and take time to\u00a0find your inner city, your own private estate.\u00a0Beware of exterior energies and their agendas \u2013\u00a0take their resources and technology rather than\u00a0their logos. Believe in your abilities. You only have\u00a0a brief time in the sun. Use this to your advantage.\u00a0Find your mobile moment.

A Reading For Anybody<\/h3>\n
\nYou retrieve the heavy, colourful carton from beneath the seat and slide it\u00a0open. A booklet unfolds into your hand, soft, like a pocket handkerchief (the\u00a0booklet, that is, not your hand). Being no longer a teenager, your hands are\u00a0gravely calloused. On realising these are Tarot cards you read on, eagerly.\u00a0The present holds very little value after seventeen.
\nThe booklet contains a few reflections\u00a0on the right approach,\u00a0reproduced here:
\n1. Anticipate not only galas, it\u00a0says, and long gazes from\u00a0the promontory. Your future\u00a0contains moments so\u00a0unstimulating, a friend will\u00a0snap their fingers in front\u00a0of your eyes and when you\u00a0wake, inform you that you\u00a0were breathing through your\u00a0mouth.
\n2. Secondly, be humble. Forgo\u00a0anything marked in your\u00a0filofax as exclusive and, if\u00a0you are invited, attend the\u00a0opening of a sash window\u00a0instead. Sit, one haunch on\u00a0the sill, and watch the drift.\u00a0Come to understand that,\u00a0historically (which is how\u00a0you will come to look at\u00a0everything eventually), this\u00a0daily occurrence carries the\u00a0same weight as any summons\u00a0or ceremony, and is\u00a0many times more pleasant\u00a0to boot.

\nX<\/strong> \nThis much at least, says\u00a0your first card, The Wheel of\u00a0Fortune, landing reversed in\u00a0this, the position of current\u00a0influences.\u00a0As a card it is as present as\u00a0can be and sails close to the\u00a0wind. Fortune, like a kleptomaniac\u00a0compulsively pocketing\u00a0hair clips etcetera off the\u00a0shelf, can take things literally.\u00a0She\u2019s saying: you\u2019re here\u00a0because you\u2019re not thinking\u00a0about now. But then, who is?
\nIX<\/strong> \nNext the hermit. From his\u00a0appearance you could well\u00a0believe he deals in riddles.\u00a0But riddles, as you know,\u00a0are merely a way for superior\u00a0people to keep unimportant\u00a0secrets. Situated\u00a0here, he warns of the perils\u00a0of too much introspection.\u00a0The longer you look into the\u00a0lamp he holds before him,\u00a0or into the dark it doesn\u2019t\u00a0illuminate, the more you\u00a0are in thrall to sweet Fanny\u00a0Adams. Strap yourself to\u00a0the mast, stop your ears\u00a0and direct yourself forwards,\u00a0expecting a trip or two.
\nVIII<\/strong> \nJustice, a difficult card. There\u2019s no wind stirs that drapery. You\u2019ll return to her by\u00a0and by.
\nVII, VI<\/strong> \nThere\u2019s a children\u2019s toy that might help you to understand the next two cards, comprised\u00a0of a disc with a length of twine attached at either hemisphere. On one side\u00a0of the disc there\u2019s a bird, on the other a cage. Here we have The Chariot with the\u00a0figure at the top cut off from the actual vehicle, which rides empty, headless, hinting\u00a0at issues of control. You think of a panicked ticket inspector finding the driver\u00a0drinking a G&T in first class: but\u2026if you\u2019re here who\u2019s driving the train?!\u00a0As you turn the next card you peer from the window, now spotted with a little rain\u00a0like a sneeze on a salad bar guard. The Lovers, honouring the harmonious relationships\u00a0of your past. You conclude that it\u2019s about persistence of vision. Turn the\u00a0twine and the disc fast enough and the chariot has three riders. Come to a stop and\u00a0it is empty, but then, why would a still chariot need a rider? You see what you\u2019re\u00a0saying, at least.

\nXXI<\/strong> \nThere\u2019s not much outside the compass of The World, and so much the better, as\u00a0it is the first card in your series to look forward. A nearly naked woman, environed\u00a0with garlands, eagles, a bull and a lion with a horrid, human face. In consulting the\u00a0booklet, you are surprised to find this card is one of realism, and unity. Eagerly,\u00a0you suggest travel. This much is certain, but not leisure.
\nXX, XIX , XVII<\/strong> \nWith the card of Judgement, landing reversed, you can return at last to Justice,\u00a0who presided over the site of your specific goal with a certain, boring mystery.\u00a0Judgement sits askew in the place of The Questioner, that is you, and suggests\u00a0that judgement and the fear of it, is simply not your bag. You yearn, perhaps, to\u00a0get beyond value, and value judgements. The Sun announces in his bald way that\u00a0this is eminently possible, and the climate positive for your intent.
\nSo much for the exterior. Your penultimate card sits in the place of inner feelings: you turn\u00a0over The Moon, A Lunatic Fringe arrived to qualify the worldly sun, and just in time, you think \u2013\u00a0it was feeling a bit un-shuffled.\u00a0Nearing nightfall, a loud smash wrenches you from your reverie. In the hurry to pull away\u00a0your final card \u2013 V, JUPITER \u2013 the moral guide, synthesising all concerns of authority and\u00a0where it lies, slides back to the hot, carpeted floor, chin in hand.\u00a0As you turn to smile benevolently at the children who have gathered to throw rocks at your\u00a0car, you understand that you are not in too much trouble.
