Image from blog.gessato.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nBeing one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sleek-mag.com\/de\/2016\/09\/29\/powerful-women-art\/\">most powerful women<\/a> in contemporary art, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sleek-mag.com\/de\/?s=Yayoi+Kusama&amp;submit=Search\">Yayoi Kusama<\/a> is also the most recent waxwork to grace Madame Tussauds in Hong Kong. Joining a host of household names including Jackie Chan, Michael Jackson, and President Barack Obama, the 87 year-old Pop Art mogul has been honoured with not only a replica of herself, but an entire artistic themed zone display.<br \/>\nThe zone will be decorated with Kusama\u2019s signature polka dots. The walls, donned with black circles on a yellow background, will match the outfit chosen for the model of Japanese legend. A hanging pumpkin, representative of the artist\u2019s iconic sculptures, will also be on hand to welcome guests into the exhibit. As a nod to another of Kusama\u2019s trademarked works, her notorious \u201cInfinity Rooms\u201d are hinted at, with an array of parallel mirrors and \u201cdramatic lighting effects\u201d accompanying the wax figure in her spotty room.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"size--small\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-39949\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sleek-mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/pumpkins.jpg\" alt=\"All the Eternal Love I Have for the Pumpkins, Yayoi Kusama.
