Two years later and the\u00a0locale\u00a0has gained quite a\u00a0reputation for its effortless way\u00a0of\u00a0merging fashion and art \u2013 a characteristic not unlike the Italian metropolis itself. The centre&#8217;s\u00a0latest show is no different, with Armani\/Silos unveiling a high-style photography exhibition featuring\u00a0125 black-and-white images by American photographer Larry Fink.<br \/>\nEntitled &#8220;The Beats and The Vanities&#8221;, this new exhibition gathers\u00a0images from Fink&#8217;s 1950s road trip\u00a0with America&#8217;s beatniks and places them alongside present-day photos of Hollywood&#8217;s most famous faces during Vanity Fair&#8217;s infamously exclusive Oscars parties. Though each series might appear wildly different at first glance, Fink is quick to respond\u00a0that the two projects are more alike than they let on.<\/p>\n<p class=\"size--small\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-49774\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sleek-mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/C.-B.-Vance-A.-L.-Talley-A.-Bassett-K.-L.-Simmons-C.-Gooding-Jr.-R.-Simmons-LA-03-2002-photo-credit-Larry-Fink.jpg\" alt=\"C. Each set of participants fashions themselves to be on the top of the mountain of contribution. It is great that Armani has recognised and understood this and it is the first time both collections of images will hang in the same space.&#8221;<br \/>\nGiorgio Armani has been equally as vocal about his fondness for the exhibition, with the designer maintaining, &#8220;I am really pleased to be able to bring Larry Fink\u2019s work to Milan.
