Es ist keineswegs ungew\u00f6hnlich, dass junge Designer \u00fcber viele Jahre hinweg erhebliche Verluste verzeichnen, unabh\u00e4ngig von der Qualit\u00e4t ihrer Produkte oder dem Wert ihrer Ideen. In Anbetracht dessen hat der BFC das NEWGEN-F\u00f6rderprogramm ins Leben gerufen: ein j\u00e4hrliches Stipendium, das an 15 vielversprechende Nachwuchsdesigner vergeben wird. Da jedoch die Erlangung weltweiter Anerkennung eine weitere Voraussetzung f\u00fcr den Erfolg einer aufstrebenden Marke ist, beschr\u00e4nkt sich das NEWGEN-Stipendium nicht nur auf finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung \u2013 es soll durch ein umfassendes Mentorenprogramm auch das Ansehen der Stipendiaten in der Branche st\u00e4rken.<br \/>\nZu den diesj\u00e4hrigen neuen Preistr\u00e4gern z\u00e4hlen A-COLD-WALL*, Charles Jeffrey LOVERBOY, Halpern, Nicholas Daley und Richard Malone. Auch die bisherigen Preistr\u00e4ger \u2013 COTTWEILER, Kiko Kostadinov, Liam Hodges, Phoebe English MAN, Marta Jakubowski, Molly Goddard, Paula Knorr, Sadie Williams und Grace Wales Bonner \u2013 werden weiterhin unterst\u00fctzt.
