Running heals the soul and clears the mind, it\u2019s a proven way of self-care. In the recent times, the word ‘caring’ has a new level of depth and understanding. It is not only important to care, it\u2019s necessary. To give back and show how much we care, SLEEK organised four charity runs, of which the first has already taken place.
