Take a Peek at Acne Studios' Pre-Fall 2016 Fiery Collection

The Pre-Fall 2016 Acne collection has been unveiled and it’s super colourful. With plaid patchwork with inspiration from Kill Bill, and patterns reminiscent of fire, the collection features coats made of double faced blankets  stitched together with raw edges, and band T-shirts subverted with portraits of the back of punk heads, rendered in acid shades.

“I’m interested in how groups of kids mirror each other’s look and wear certain items for a sense of belonging,” says creative director, Jonny Johansson. “When we put these looks together, I wanted to explore that short period where there’s that tension between individuality and the group dynamic.”
