There is no better guest than Klaus Wowereit, former governing mayor of Berlin from 2001 to 2014 to open our Berlin episodes. In 2001, at the special party conference, Wowereit stated what was probably the most important sentence of his life: „Ich bin schwul – und das ist auch gut so!“  Almost as legendary as his commentary on Berlin: „Arm aber sexy!” For this podcast episode, we discuss Berlin, forced outing and mourning for his great love, Jörn Kubiki, who, unfortunately, passed much too early.
