If there is one person in Berlin who can entice all of the fashion crowd to come out and party on a cold January night, it’s Leyla Piedayesh, from the city’s much-loved label: Lala Berlin.
Piedayesh, originally from Tehran, inspired by a recent trip back to her homeland reworked the traditional Middle Eastern scarf, the kufiya in her Pre-Fall 17 line, manipulating the print into sumptuous maxi-dresses, which she styled with slick tailoring, and quirky lace-up boots.
