Actress and style icon Tilda Swinton has collaborated with Korean eyewear brand Gentle Monster to create an exclusive three-piece collection. These sublime shades celebrate creative élan and independent spirit, modelled by the master of individuality.
Accompanied by the photographs is a haunting video written and directed by Erik Madigan Heck, Swinton plays an intense game of chess and fencing against a double of herself. The eyewear collab came about following a chance meeting in Seoul between Swinton and the designers behind the brand.
This partnership is one of many for Gentle Monster, and their last notable team-up was with NYC darlings Hood By Air – a collaboration that can be viewed here.
