For Berlin Fashion Week, we’ve asked some of our favorite Berlin musicians, chefs, artists and more to put together a creative project that interprets and comments on the work of a particular designer. We’ll be releasing these exclusively on Sleek-Mag.com, so check back for more as-inspired-by snippets.
For this edition of Project Random, we asked Gal Ben Moshe, head chef of gourmet restaurant GLASS Berlin, to come up with a menu inspired by Franziska Michael’s SS15 collection. That’s right, a menu of food, inspired by a fashion show.
The five-course menu was shot in a quiet moment in the Charlottenberg restaurant by photographer Anastasia Muna, as GLASS geared up for a fully-booked weekend full of fashion week visitors.
