Monday night, October 6th, 2025, at Papillon Berlin was nothing short of a sensory masterpiece. A convergence of style, sophistication and sensual taste. Johnnie Walker didn’t just launch a Whisky. They orchestrated an experience.

From the moment guests stepped through Papillon’s heavy doors, they entered a world carefully constructed around the essence of Johnnie Walker Black Ruby itself: bold yet refined, mysterious yet magnetic. The restaurant transformed into an enigmatic sanctuary by focusing on deep crimsons and burnished golds, sumptuous satins and velvets draped across every surface. The space featured two bars, each showcasing the art of mixology. Precision lighting highlighted every cocktail, turning each drink into a statement of contemporary luxury.

However, the evening wasn’t just special because of the curation, it was the crowd. Berlin’s elite, celebrated creators, emerging artists and fashion’s most visionary minds came together, creating an atmosphere of vibrant connection. This is where the genius of “Get Ruby With Me” – campaign around the new Johnnie Walker Black Ruby truly shined: days before the event, guests received an exclusive Johnnie Walker Black Ruby silk scarf. What seemed like a simple gesture turned out to be one of the campaign’s most elegant details. Everyone was invited to style it and give it a personal touch to self-expression. It beautifully reflected the idea behind the campaign: drinks can be just as diverse as fashion. This was showcased through the different ways the silk scarf was styled that evening: sometimes as a bold statement piece, sometimes as a subtle and playful accessory.

Fashion Expert Julian Daynov’s vision behind the campaign really made this whole evening come to live as he created stylish outfits for the campaign that perfectly complement the exclusive Johnnie Walker Black Ruby cocktails. Styled by Julian Daynov, Raymond La arrived in urban coolness, streetwear elevated, casual creativity with an  edge that matched the playful effervescence of the Drink Blush and Bloom, created and served by Laura Krägeloh. Tina Haase embodied posh minimalism, her refined silhouette a perfect counterpoint to the elegant complexity of Chloé Merz’s Ruby Rhapsody.  Anja Nikoloff brought Gen Z fearlessness to the room matching Dimitris Skafidas’s Drink Velvet Ember. Her boyfriend-fit silhouettes and luxe accessories creating that coveted sporty-luxury tension that defines a moment in fashion right now.

Julian really understood something fundamental: style and flavor are parallel languages. Both reveal mood. Both demand attention to detail. Both transform ritual into ritual. With this mix of creative departments he really proved he deserves to be called a creative architect of fashion.  Each look he crafted didn’t just complement its corresponding cocktail. It simply became it. This wasn’t styling. This was translation.
