This September, Munich’s Ory Bar will be transformed into a sensorial oasis as it hosts the Krug x Flower concept bar, a celebration of nature’s most delicate bloom. Each year, the prestigious Maison Krug invites the world to experience the depth of its heritage, focusing on a single ingredient that embodies their bond with nature. This year, flowers take center stage, symbolizing the Maison’s homage to the timeless connection between earth and champagne—a tradition rooted in the vision of its founder, Joseph Krug, who believed in capturing the pure essence of the vineyards to create the most exquisite champagne.

The floral theme is not just a visual treat but a deep dive into the historical and cultural significance of flowers in cuisine, a tradition dating back to 140 BC in Roman times. This floral tribute transcends eras and cultures, reflecting the universal language of flavor.
From September 11 to 14, the Ory Bar will offer an exclusive fusion of Krug champagne and the delicate artistry of flowers. Guests will indulge in the opulence of Krug Grande Cuvée or Krug Rosé, perfectly paired with fine amusebouches crafted by the renowned chef Jan Hartwig (three-Michelin-starred Restaurant JAN), in collaboration with Maximilian Gradl of Ory Bar.
