To kick off the last weekend in Berlin, LIEBESKIND BERLIN opened a discussion around the topic of balancing the struggles of idealism and reality in the creative world as part of their event that involved 70 guests from Berlin’s creative community. As a brand that holds Berlin at its core, LIEBESKIND BERLIN reflects the broad range of creative minds in the city and takes the spirit of the community as a source of their main inspiration. With the Gallery Weekend shedding even more light on the creative scene, the event truly focused on the paths of each individual trying to leave a mark in the world and the concept around fulfilling one’s dream as a creative.

One of the speakers of the panel talk was Filip Berg, acting almost like a chameleon in the fashion world. Besides doing fashion consulting, installations and set design, he works as the creative director for Viscose but with his very own mission to blur out the lines in the fashion sphere. Moderated by Tsellot Melesse, the second speakers from The Fairest introduced their curatorial platform that serves young, emerging artists to give them direct visibility in the art market. Ultimately becoming a place for creative discovery, the panel talk opened a conversation between the creatives at the event, exchanging shared experiences and the struggles you are facing until you can finally say you have made it in the art world.
