SLEEK Magazine has teamed up with YOUDOYOU, a non-exclusionary fashion and culture website based in New York, for a behind-the-scenes look at Maison the Faux’s AW17 show

 
Maison the Faux is an Arnhem-based fashion house quickly gaining recognition for its size-inclusive, gender defying “human-wear”. Every season, the brand outdoes itself with a fresh, theatrical show that’s even more outlandish than the one before it. For its AW17 presentation at New York Fashion Week, mismatched flower bouquets and dishevelled models made for some of the show’s most memorable moments. This undone aesthetic was inspired by the smudgy, morning-after face that every hungover partier who’s snogged a stranger knows all too well.
