During Berlin Fashion Week, the streets of the capital are flooded with the pilgrims of the creative scene all gathering in one place. Using this unique energy in the city, SLEEK offered a roof for everyone wanting to let loose during the rush of fashion week. Set at Telegraphenamt, the hotel and bar is a place, where time and sorrows stand still. Built in 1916, the historic place functioned as Berlin’s mail headquarters for decades. Its historic facade still hints at the past as the inside also nods to Berlin from the 20s to 70s; the floor shimmers in checked marble, and the dining hall is decorated with palm trees while polished martini glasses glow in a mystic blue light.

Today, Telegraphenamt remains a meeting point for communicating and connecting people and stories. SLEEK used this special atmosphere to host a club night in collaboration with Sony Music and Club Sounds, where the guests had the chance to enjoy themselves, dance together, and – above all – add another unique story to the building’s history.

Before the party started, AVAION – a DJ and musician originally from Bavaria – shared his story of being a creative in the music industry in a talk with SLEEK publisher Christian Bracht. He continued to warm up the guests for the night with his tunes that transformed the basement of Telegraphenamt with its dark and intimate feel into a club. The night went on with Jacques Basoka and the duo FAPPE & BRU while the dance floor was filling up. With a vibrant energy in the air, the party went on until early in the morning and marked another joyful memory for our SLEEK community.
Special thanks to Sony Music and Club Sounds.
