Want a travel tip if you’re heading from Germany to Denmark? As soon as you’ve changed your Euros into Krone, pull up at the nearest place serving fish and chips and ask for a helping of that delicious yellow remoulade Denmark is known for. That was what marked the journey from Puttgarden to Rodby on our way to Copenhagen to meet more leading-edge creative types (and people on bikes).
