Armed with a Samsung Galaxy Alpha and a brisk plunge in cold water, writer and stylist Ella Plevin stood barefoot in South London’s Arcadia Missa gallery last weekend – all in the name of art, of course. For our new Me, Myself and Art series in collaboration with the new Samsung Galaxy Alpha, Sleek takes an immersive approach to the art world – arguably more comfortably than Ella’s, of course. We are here to bring the art world to you in a uniquely personalised way, utilising performance, selfies and video to present new perspectives on the art scene.
How to enter: as part of Me, Myself and Art, we are inviting you to partake in our series by taking pictures of you, yourself and art. Grab a camera or mobile phone (selfie-stick optional) and take a snapshot of yourself and an art piece. Then, upload your selfie to Twitter, Instagram or Tumblr and tag the post with #SleekAlphaSelfie – you will be automatically entered into our competition to win a new Samsung Galaxy Alpha mobile phone. The competition closes 15 December; we will be posting updates along the way, so check back in to see how your selfie stacks up.
