The scariest thing about Halloween? For many, it’s not the costume, it’s the stress: no idea where to go, groups of friends split up, and the next morning you feel like you’ve missed everything. This year, SLEEK teamed up with Bumble to create the perfect solution to exactly this problem: the big Chic or Treat Halloween party.
After weeks of planning and organizing, last Thursday evening was finally the night: The Weekend Club in the heart of the city, right at Alexanderplatz, offered the perfect backdrop for a night full of style and chills with its breathtaking view over Berlin. The doors opened at 9 pm and every guest was greeted with a welcome drink – the perfect start to an unforgettable night.

The crowd at the entrance was huge, but the patience was definitely worth it: inside, a brilliant mix of beats and atmosphere awaited the guests. Sets by Anja Schneider ensured that nobody could stand still – the dance floor was shaking and the atmosphere was at its peak. Many guests arrived with their dates and impressed the crowd with creative couple costumes, from witches and mermaids with original bin bag details to werewolves, Hansel and Gretel, Lorde and Charli XCX, Harley Quinn and the Joker, or Padme and Anakin. Every look was its own little work of art and therefore created a cinematic, magical atmosphere.
In the true essence of our partner Bumble, the women-first dating and social networking app, everyone who came single had a chance to find their perfect Halloween match on the dance floor. Bumble is all about creating a dating experience based on kindness, respect, and equality. So watch out, ghosting is not even allowed when you’re dressed as one!

As the party slowly came to an end at around four o’clock in the morning, the last night owls were lucky enough to admire the sunrise over Berlin from the club’s rooftop terrace – a magical moment that brought the evening to a perfect ending.
