Stefan Dotter is a young photographer exhibiting an impressive amount of talent that goes beyond his years. With a wealth of experience already under his belt, the Berlin-based creative has shot for a multitude of household names in the fashion industry. His accomplished portfolio flaunts collaborations for Givenchy, Saint Laurent and Raf Simons, to name but a few. Each image eschews traditional fashion photography to create a body of work that explores organic shapes through an intense concentration on the female form.
In addition to his fashion-related work, Dotter also commits his time towards more arts-based projects. The photographer is the founder of Whitelies Magazine, where he holds the position of Editor-in-Chief. Working alongside a vast network of contributors, the cultural publication offers independent artists a platform to embrace the unconventional. Through this, it encourages creatives to rebel against stereotypical and superficial ideas in art.
Dotter’s individuality and versatility has resulted in a chain of fruitful partnerships with SLEEK. First featured in issue 48, the artist’s work is now featured on SLEEK Art. Of the six images available for purchase, there is an interesting variety that truly displays Dotter’s breadth of talent. We predict a long future ahead for the exceptional artist, so collectors and fans are not advised to wait – each exclusive work featured on SLEEK Art is part of a limited edition run.
